Contentious Probate Solicitor (12 month FTC)

A leading Law firm in South West London are recruiting for a Contentious Probate Solicitor on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The successful candidate will have at least five years experience dealing with various Wills & Probate matters expecially in the area of contentious probate. You will also be highly organised, motivated and have strong communication skills.

Ideally, you will be experienced in a broad range of matters including:

• Experience of contentious and non-contentious probate
• Experience of LPAs and Court of Protection work
• Experience obtained in a similar role essential
• Good drafting skills
• Strong attention to detail
