Supervising Associate

A Top 50, International law firm require an experienced Associate Solicitor to join their Banking team and work out of their modern office in central Bristol.

The banking team of this award winning practice operates as a global fully-integrated practice acting for banks, government agencies and corporates on some of the most complex and innovative transactions worldwide.

They advise on acquisition and bid finance, real estate finance, structured finance, syndicated lending, secured lending, project finance, trade finance, asset finance and workouts and restructurings.

The successful candidates will have range of funds finance experience - capital call, hybrid, general partner, management fee, co-invest and NAV/asset backed facilities - ideally acting for both lenders and sponsors / borrowers

You will be commercially driven, experienced Associate Solicitor who has 2 - 6 years PQE. You will be commited to delivering exceptional client care and have an ability and willingness to get actively involved in marketing and business development. As expected for a law firm of this standing you will possess excellent academics and currently be at an international or leading regional firm.

The salary and benefits package on offer are very competitive, with a salary DOE

£56,000 - £68,000
