Senior Employment Solicitor

One of the world’s largest professional services firms is recruiting for a senior employment solicitor to join its Reading team at 5 years’ PQE or more.

This professional services firm is well known for servicing small to medium sized enterprises, particularly those within the technology sector and HNW private individuals.

As an employment solicitor in the team, you will be responsible for providing high quality employment law advice and be involved with the development of the organisation's legal services practice. 
 
You will be involved with providing day to day HR advice on complex disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, discrimination and whistleblowing issues, as well as TUPE transfers and corporate support to their clients.

The role will be varied, giving you superb access to global and diverse clients, providing plenty of opportunities to further your career as an employment law solicitor with leading lawyers in the industry. 

To be considered for this employment solicitor role, you must have:

• 5 years’ PQE or more.
• Experience and training from a well-established commercial firm.
• Restructures, redundancy, collective consultation and TUPE issues.
• Knowledge of corporate support to include TUPE and employment due diligence.
• The ability to contribute to business development, to take ownership of projects and to provide a high quality service.

Starting salary DOE £55,000 - £75,000 plus package.
