Litigated Fraud Fee Earner

Your new firm

This national law firm, based in the North West, is recognised as a leading firm in the insurance sector. They have won a number of high profile awards this year. Due to an increasing number of instructions, a permanent paralegal is needed to join the dedicated team in the Greater Manchester office.

Your new role

In your new role, you will be responsible for managing a litigated caseload of suspected fraudulent insurance claims. When dealing with evidence, you will be required to use a methodical and forensic approach as well as exceptional attention to detail. Your work will involve liaising with the pre-litigation case handler and working closely with the team leader/supervisor in order to achieve a successful outcome.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have previously worked in a fast-paced, high volume role and possess excellent attention to detail. In addition, you will have:

• Experience of working in civil litigation
• Good knowledge and understanding of the litigation process
• Some knowledge and an interest in Fraud
