This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with expertise in construction matters to manage their own caseload at a leading firm in Manchester.

• Advising on disputed accounts
• Acting for both claimants and defendants
• Drafting and negotiating building contracts
• Dispute resolution
• Adjudication
• Arbitration and mediation
• Contentious and non-contentious cases
• Advising clients
• Construction contracts and associated documents

The Candidate
• Solicitor with 4 – 8 years’ PQE in construction matters
• Contentious or non-contentious experience
• Be ambitious to develop your own role and the profile of the firm
• Robust litigator with excellent negotiation skills
