Leading firm in London seeks a proactive Employment Lawyer on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Employment Lawyer to join our client’s thriving office in Central London. The successful candidate will handle a caseload consisting of contentious and non-contentious matters, whilst having the exposure to more complex and high-value tribunal claims.

• Providing advice to clients
• Drafting a wide range of legal documentation
• Conducting negotiations on behalf of the client
• Undertaking advocacy in tribunal
• Restructuring
• TUPE transfers
• Project management
• Billing

The Candidate
• Solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of two years’ PQE
• Practical experience in all aspects of HR and employment law
• Previous tribunal and advocacy experience is advantageous
• Strong client-facing skills are important
• Time management and personal organisational skills are essential
• Excellent IT skills, as well as online and offline software knowledge is required
