Are you a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in Residential Conveyancing or Licensed Conveyancer looking to take on an exciting Head of Department role in a nationally acclaimed law firm, at their Leeds office? Are you looking to work as part of a progressive firm whose conveyancing team work traditionally, with a focus on quality? If so, this opportunity should not be missed.
You will gain exposure to the full spectrum of Residential Conveyancing matters, including sale and purchase, leasehold, freehold and transfers of equity.
The Role:
- This brand new role will see you heading up the Conveyancing department in Leeds. You will be developing the Leeds office, and so it is essential you have connections in the local area and the desire to partake in business development.
- Our client is looking for someone who is extremely well established within Residential Conveyancing.
- Working alongside a supportive management team, our client is just as invested in your career development as you are so this is a role with many opportunities for progression.
The Candidate:
- Heading up a busy Conveyancing team, the ideal candidate will have a meticulous attention to detail and be fully capable of running their own caseload from start to completion.
- You need to have top networking skills, in order to really develop the Leeds Conveyancing team.
