City of London

A niche international law firm that has very strong client relationships across China, India and the US. The firm has been established 30+ years and have made strong relationships with other independent law firms globally. The firm despite being based in the City their culture is one that really values work-life balance, it is rare to find staff in the office past 6pm. They offer great progression with many of the firm's Partners having risen through the ranks. They deal with the highest quality work and often bigger and more complex transactions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate or Head of Department with an existing following to lead and development the Employment department. You will handle a varied and interesting caseload across all manner of HR queries, TUPE, sickness absence and employment tribunal litigated matters. The client base is made up of SME to FTSE 250 companies often with an international element and senior executives based in the City.

You will be an established Employment Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE with an existing following, Salary is negotiable depending on your background and you will be enrolled onto the firms excellent bonus structure.
