The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work in their reputable Insolvency team in Cardiff.

Day to day responsibilities will include, but not limited to:-

• Drafting correspondence and witness statements;
• Instructing Counsel;
• Research and drafting advice;
• Advising defendants in relation to claims;
• Managing client expectations;
• Business development;
• Conducting litigation and more.

This firm offers high quality work ranging from household names to high net worth individuals.

You will work with experts in their field, meaning excellent mentoring and development.

The successful applicant will have at least 3 years' PQE experience gained from a reputable insolvency practice, and will have a keen interest in developing their career in this niche area.
