Job Details
Fantastic opportunity for a Litigation Solicitor/Legal Executive to join a rapidly expanding firm based in Stockton on Tees.
You will be managing a diverse litigation caseload such as, consumer litigation, specifically dealing with litigation concerning unfair relationships. You will also be working closely with the Managing Partner to ensure that the Department is aligned with the business’s goals and objectives. This is a very hands-on role and you will be responsible for the full life cycle of the cases from inception through to enforcement.
You will need:
- To be a Solicitor/Trainee Solicitor/Legal Executive with a minimum of 1 years experience handing a caseload of litigation matters.
- Experience of consumer credit litigation preferred.
- Excellent client care skills.
- To be a team player.
