Industrial disease Fee Earner – Oxford

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Industrial Disease Fee Earner for a Lexcel accredited and Legal 500 Raked practice based in Oxford. For this position Solicitors, Legal Executive, and experienced Paralegal Fee Earners will be considered. Ideally with at least 2 years’ experience handling multitrack claims in Industrial Disease, Clinical Negligence or Catastrophic Injury. This is a hands-on role where the successful Fee Earner will handle their own caseload of Asbestos claims with supervision where appropriate and assist senior fee earners and Partners with complex and high-value files. This role is suited to a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Senior Paralegal with a strong working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and excellent client care skills.  

The candidate:

• 2 years’ experience as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Senior Paralegal handling Multitrack Industrial disease, Clinical Negligence or Catastrophic Injury claims.
• Previous experience of Asbestos claims is highly advantageous
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• The ability to work as a valued team member and independently is essential
