Job Details
They are looking for a Court of Protection solicitor who has a minimum of at least 2 years' PQE, however, candidates with pre-qualification experience will be considered.
To be successful you must be:
- At least 2 years' PQE or a very experienced NQ
- Able to manage your own caseload of Court of Protection work, this includes probate and administering estates
- Enjoy business development and networking.
You will manage your own caseload of mainly high value Court of Protection work, including administering estates and probate work.
