Employment Law Solicitor
I'm pleased to be partnered on another role with a leading, Legal 500 recognised firm based just South of the river for a Senior Employment Associate to head up their growing Employment offering.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years PQE within leading regional or City firms and will have extensive experience in both contentious & non-contentious work. You will be responsible for the running of this successful team and it's development in the coming years and as such, experience of managing successful teams will be advantageous, however this is not essential. You will also be expected to pick up a busy caseload of matters including but not limited to contracts of employment and settlement agreements & on the contentious side, you will handle unfair dismissal, discrimination and negotiating exit packages.
