My client is a top 100 Law Firm, based in the heart of Bristol City Centre, with a strong presence in the Commercial and Corporate markets in the South West. The client is now looking to add a Corporate Associate/Senior Associate to their expanding Corporate team in Bristol.
The wider corporate team offers a substantial national corporate law service. The size, strength, sector expertise and geographical spread of their resources enables them to make leading lawyers available to their clients, wherever they are.
Experience of corporate work such as joint ventures, share and asset acquisitions and disposals, group reorganisations, insolvency and corporate government matters is essential. Experience of property regeneration and property development, corporate structures and corporate governance within a public sector context, and social enterprises would also be advantageous.
The vacancy gives excellent opportunities to use a wide range of skills and experience. The ideal candidate will be 3 years + PQE with relevant Corporate experience at a leading firm. On offer is an excellent package with outstanding long term career prospects.
