In-House Real Estate Solicitor

The role

The company is seeking to hire an In-House Real Estate Solicitor to join this growing innovative company based in the heart of the West End.

You will work alongside another Real Estate Solicitor; you will both work side by side dealing with a broad range of work where it is likely two days will never be the same. This role will be very much a strategic and business role where you will get heavily involved in deals, advising the company on risk and good investments.

You will deal heavily with external Lawyers and will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time; the role will sway heavily Real Estate transactions and deals, you will also draft, negotiate and review commercial agreements.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements:

• You will be an NQ Real Estate Solicitor
• You will have sat a Commercial Property seat in your training contract
• You should be an ambitious, commercially minded candidate who wants to be a part of the business side of things, rather than traditional private practice
• A positive attitude and outlook is essential
