Your new role
This corporate solicitor role will see you handle an interesting mix of M&A work. The firm acts for a well established client list that is mainly focused around SMEs and OMBs.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a corporate lawyer at NQ level or with up to circa 3 years' pqe. You will have gained some well rounded corporate experience and be looking to take your career forward in a role that can provide plenty of client contact.
