Professional Negligence Solicitor - London
An international law firm is currently seeking a Professional Negligence Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE to join its successful team in London.
The role will involve running a case-load of professional negligence claims, including claims against accountants, solicitors, surveyors and other professionals. The successful candidate may also be required to assist the firm's Professional Negligence Partners with complex matters.
Previous professional indemnity litigation experience is essential. Ideally, this will be from a city or regional firm. Experience of advising on policy coverage will be advantageous. The successful professional negligence solicitor will be reasonably self-sufficient in their work, have the ability to adopt a commercial approach and be a strong team player.
