Conveyancing Fee Earner

Are you ready to join an agile, highly successful and dynamic firm with a fresh approach to residential conveyancing, based in Stockton-On-Tees?

My client, who founded their firm just over 3 years ago, has gone from strength to strength within residential conveyancing where they have increased their headcount from 4 directors to a 15 strong team of conveyancing fee earners and support staff.

They do not value a high volume approach nor the traditional style of conveyancing, but rather focus on a modern, streamlined approach to conveyancing.

Due to their continued expansion, they are looking to appoint a new residential conveyancing fee earner to handle a caseload of 50 property sales and purchases from staff to finish, with the support of a Legal Secretary.

The team currently generate over 200 completions per month with the aid of a purpose built case management system.

As a conveyancing fee earner, you will be responsible for mainly client contact and dealing with property transactions.

Candidates will be considered who are either a conveyancing solicitor, conveyancing legal executive or with a minimum of 1 years' fee earning conveyancing experience managing your own caseload.
