As a globally expanding business, our footprint covers UK & Ireland, Europe, USA, Hong Kong and UAE. We’ve also grown our presence in the southern hemisphere where we’ve recently acquired businesses in Brazil and Australia!

We have a great opportunity for a proficient and self-motivated individual to join our Legal team in the capacity of Paralegal. The ideal candidate will work alongside the Head of Legal and the rest of the legal team and will enjoy accepting and tackling demanding tasks with particular interest in research and analysis of regulatory changes, as well as reviewing, creating and amending a variety of contracts. As part of your responsibilities, you will be required to draft Board Resolutions and manage the relationships with external parties including but not limited to debtors, court personnel, insurance brokers etc.

This role will report to the Head of Legal and will work in collaboration with senior management within the Company.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION

• Experience of working in a legal department or law firm
• Law Degree as minimum and has preferably passed the Legal Practice Course
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask with accuracy
• High level of attention to detail
• Computer literate
