Talented New Build Conveyancer sought for a thriving practice in Northamptonshire.

This is a wonderful opportunity for an ambitious New Build Conveyancer to join our client’s vibrant firm in Daventry. The successful candidate will handle a busy caseload of new build matters, whilst proving to be eager to learn and able to build strong relationships.

• Wide range of new build property-related matters
• Acting for buyers from national and local housing developers
• Working closely with developers
• Complex transactions
• Checking title
• Terms of contracts

The Candidate
• Solicitors, legal executives and licensed conveyances with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE
• Solid experience in new build matters gained within a reputable firm
• Previous experience of working on the developer side of the transaction is advantageous
• Self-motivated to work independently
• Excellent client care skills are important

The Firm
Our client is a specialist property practice with offices in the East Midlands and London areas. With a passion for delivering outstanding service, the firm enjoys a high level of instructions from repeat referrals. Currently undergoing a period of expansion, they are looking to add a New Build Conveyancer to their team based at the firm’s Daventry office.
