Commercial Property Solicitor

A long established law firm in the heart of Oldham is looking for an experienced commercial property solicitor who can handle a mixed property caseload with little supervision.
 
You will be joining an established commercial property department in Greater Manchester, where you will manage a range of matters including sales, purchases, commercial leases and business sales. 
 
You must be a qualified commercial property solicitor or legal executive who is comfortable in handling your own cases from start to finish, therefore, it's likely that you will have c4+ years' PQE (however this may be flexible, depending on the depth of knowledge and experience).
 
You will be used to generating new clients and will have a keen interest in business development, as the firm has clear growth plans for the commercial property team across Manchester, which you will be a key part of. A network of contacts or existing clients would be very beneficial (although not essential).
 
You will be client focused, with great communication skills, time management skills and have team ethics. An interest or experience within other areas of commercial law would be a distinct advantage, although not essential. 
 
On offer is a competitive salary/package with performance bonus which is very much up for negotiation, should you hold the relevant skills/experience.
