This Boutique Commercial Law firm is now seeking a company commercial lawyer around 2-6 years PQE to join the team.

You will work across a range of matters including acquisitions and disposals, MBO's and reconstructions as well as a variety of commercial contracts. The work includes big ticket cases and the company runs as a big firm but in a small environment. They have a lot of repeat clients and so have no great need to business develop.

The firm offers a Christmas bonus of 5-10% of salary based on how the firm is performing and as well as offering 25 days holiday plus stats; they also close between Christmas and New Year which is free holiday. There is free parking and they also offer huge flexibility with regards to working hours and days and working from home etc.
