COMMERCIAL LITIGATION 3-6 LEEDS

Our client is a Legal 500 rated mid-tier commercial firm which enjoys great profile in the market and has high end expertise by virtue of the big firm backgrounds of the majority of their partners. They are wanting to appoint an experienced Solicitor at c3-6yrsPQE to handle mixed Commercial Litigation. Joining a team lead by 3 partners, you'll handle a mix of commercial disputes & professional negligence - a whole mixed bag as required by a large regional business base, and some PLCs. (Insolvency, Construction, Employment, and IP disputes are all handled by separate specialists within the firm.)

Suitable applicants will have gained good quality Commercial Litigation experience to date ideally with a national firm or recognised regional commercial practice. You will be keen to have client contact and responsibility for your own matters, and this firm places great importance on all its fee earners building client relationships and taking part of networking so you need to be willing to do that. The firm has a truly collegiate feel and has been popular in past years with lawyers tired of the grind' of practising in Top 25 brands and who instead want a better work-life experience and different level of professional stimulation and satisfaction. A great role for a 3-6yr PQE Commercial Litigation lawyer in Leeds.

Brooke Thornham Consulting advertisements use PQE levels purely as a guide to the level of experience required for the role and this does not prohibit applications from candidates who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills and experience. We aim to respond to enquiries as soon as possible but if we have not contacted you within 5 days then unfortunately on this occasion your application has not quite met the requirements of our client closely enough.
