The Role

The firm is looking to hire an Employment Partner to join their expanding team, based in the centre of Reading, Berkshire.

This role will place you working side by side with an industry leading Partner, this level of experience will stand you in good stead, giving you a platform to likely obtain more experience than other candidates. You will receive lots of client contact and deal with a caseload that is broad, this variety will make for an interesting role.

This role comes with excellent prospects for career progression and development

Requirements

• You will be an Employment Partner with 7+ PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• You will be able to competently run a general employment caseload
• Strong communication skills are essential
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus a good benefits package
