The Firm

This firm is a specialist within Corporate Commercial and has a strong technology, IP and employment teams as well. They market themselves as Corporate specialists with a multitude of approaches to alleviate several concerns that might arise within the corporate sector.
They deal with a range of clients from SME's to manufacturing clients, and the quality of work involved usually envies that of City firms.

The Role

This is an opportunity for a Corporate Associate with 4+ years PQE to join this specialist

The Corporate team deal with all aspects of corporate advice but have a large concentration on business acquisitions and disposals ranging in value from £1m up to £50m.

The clients will include SME's, large National & and increasingly international companies so the scope of your work will be wide with a focus on a range of industries but including logistics, transport, leisure and manufacturing.

You will be offering ongoing support to the firms' clients when they need to make strategic decisions or require governance advice. This includes but isn't limited to shareholders agreements, articles of association, corporate structuring, equity/funding arrangements and share schemes etc.

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Associate with 4+ years PQE in corporate transactional work
• Experience of corporate banking work will be an advantage
• You will deal with quality work, working alongside a strong team
• You will be thorough, tenacious and self-assured
• Strong communicator able to deal with senior professionals & directors
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable dependant on level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
