Corporate Commercial Solicitor

This is a corporate commercial solicitor opportunity with a Legal 500 firm based in Grantham, Lincolnshire. The firm is hoping to propel themselves up into the UK Top 200 law firms list.
 
This role would suit an ambitious partner, senior associate or solicitor who has come from a large regional or local firm and can bring along corporate and commercial expertise. 
 
You will be commercially aware, self-sufficient and able to generate your own business. You should ideally have upwards of 4 years' PQE and preferably of had exposure to large PLC’s, SME’s, public and private sector clients and much more.
 
You will be confident in dealing with a broad range of transactional and non-contentious matters including mergers, acquisitions and buyouts, corporate restructures and setups, corporate governance including shareholders’ agreements, options and members’ agreements, franchise acquisition, sale and development, distribution agreements, intellectual property, shareholder, director and investor rights, corporate finance, data Protection.
 
Experience in the following areas would be desireable: Construction Law, Charity Law and Consumer Law including consumer credit. In addition, you will work with the department’s Marketing Policy to promote and enhance the reputation and business of the company.
 
You will have a full driving licence and access to areas you may need to see clients in different locations from time to time. You will be happy to share your experience with other members of the team who would benefit from your guidance.
