The Role

Because this firm are growing, they are looking for a Leasehold Enfranchisement Paralegal/Legal Executive to join their well respected, flourishing department in their high-tech Brighton office, East Sussex.

The firm has a strong reputation for Leasehold Enfranchisement, and they are currently very busy with good quality work. You will deal with your own caseload of leasehold reform work e.g. Enfranchisement and Lease Renewals under the LHRUDA 1993. You will also have an opportunity to get involved in marketing and business development activities.
As a flourishing member of the Leasehold Enfranchisement team, you will assist some of the best specialist Solicitors and Partners in the area, as well taking on interesting cases yourself, across Property Law Litigation.
