THE FIRM:
Our client is an established law firm advising leading financial institutions, funds and corporates on a full range of international and domestic financial market products.
THE ROLE:
A new role has arisen for a securitisation lawyer to join their top tier team working with a broad range of clients on a variety of structured finance and debt capital markets products.
You will be assisting clients on matters from asset-based financings to distressed portfolio acquisitions and loan workouts in both the UK and other jurisdictions in the consumer, SME and corporate finance, corporate and residential real estate sectors.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have 5+pqe, with an excellent academic record gained from a top tier City or national law firm.
You will have a proven background in UK securitisation and/or structured debt capital markets experience with good working knowledge of project bonds, utility bonds, asset finance and real estate finance.
