THE ROLE:
A new role has arisen for a highly motivated insolvency lawyer to join an established team acting for companies, practitioners, creditors and financially distressed situations.
The core focus of the practice is on insolvency litigation, advising on all aspects of corporate and personal recovery from investigations, distressed companies to bankruptcy property recovery and administration of insolvent estates.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will an 1-4 PQE insolvency lawyer with a strong academic background (2:1 or above), with insolvency experience gained within a leading national or London law firm.
The candidate will possess a willingness to work on a variety of matters and have the ability to work both within a team on substantial document heavy cases and also to manage their own caseload.
Experience of liaising directly with clients and counsel is essential as well as a willingness to play a key role in the team both internally and externally, particularly in relation to marketing and business development
You will have a proven track record and be able to demonstrate sound experience of investigations, asset-tracing and recovery, including cross-border insolvency issues.
You will have a flexible and committed approach and be able to work under pressure, possessing exemplary communication skills (verbal and written).
