Fantastic opportunity for a commercial property lawyer (solicitor or legal executive) to join this Lancashire based practice and work out of their head office in the heart of Preston. This firm have recently received a large financial backing and are looking to increase their commercial offering, with the intention of becoming a key commercial player in the North West market.

You will need to have gained at least 5 years' experience within commercial property however residential property with commercial experience will also be considered for this position. This role will see you manage a caseload of from start to finish and deal with matters to include buy to let, development, sales & purchases, asset management and new build matters.

Whilst the commercial team is small currently there is support in place from Paralegals to provide you with assistance on matters from start to finish. You will be expected to work unsupervised and service a national client base as well as work with an exisitng referral network of local clients.

Location is in the heart of Preston and so there is fantastic transport links to include train, bus & local parking options. Salary for this position will range between £40,000 - £50,000 plus a solid bonus and benefits scheme.
