Job Details

This is a tremendous opportunity to join this rapidly growing practice based in the heart of Lancashire and work as part of a niche department that currently specialise in dealing with Japanese Knotwwed claims.

Ideally you will have gained at least 1 years' experience of dealing with and managing your own Japanses Knotweed caseload. You must be comfortable dealing with all aspects of a file from litigation to trial, as you will be expected to run an unsupervised caseload, deal with any complex matters and run high value matters that are allocated to the Multi-Track.

As this is a newly formed department you will be one of the first appointments, so there is a real opportunity to take on extra responsibilites as the team grows and eventually move into a management position. This firm do actively encourage progression and are able to offer 6 month salary reviews, bonus incentives and flexi-tiem.

Salary for this role will be based on experience level however you will be looking at a salary of circa £24,000 - £35,000 plus an added bonus scheme. For more information on this position then please contact Nick Skelly at QED Legal for further information.
