In-House Commercial Paralegal

Due to rapid growth, this company are looking for a Commercial Law Paralegal to join on a FTC basis and work alongside the Head of Legal.

You will: assist with the preparing of first draft agreements/internal agreements based on pre-agreed templates, draft and negotiate NDA's (internal and to third-parties), review and negotiate terms of business, manage the execution of agreements, clearly communicate and liaise between internal departments and draft material contracts and documentation using precedents - escalating issues to the Head of Legal where necessary.

Requirements

• Previous relevant experience in the drafting/reviewing of commercial contracts
• Very good communication and written/spoken English
• Able to demonstrate quick and sound judgement of complex matters
• Excellent attention to detail
• Team player
