Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor

My client is a very high profile firm with multiple offices across the East of England currently seeking a commercial dispute resolution solicitor for the Lincoln office.

This is a very profitable firm that has made very good strategic decisions in recent years which has taken them to their current strong position.

The firm has a Chambers Litigation Department that has built its reputation over many years. The client base they enjoy is varied and includes well known companies, high profile individuals, a mixture of regional and national clients.

As commercial dispute resolution solicitor, you can expect to handle files across:

• Contractual or shareholder disputes
• Partnership disputes
• Professional negligence
• Property litigation
• Alternative dispute resolution matters
• Small claims
• Claimant and respondent side matters. 

You will have trained or gained experience at any level of firm, however, you should have had good exposure alongside partners of note where you will have been delegated responsibility and, at the very least, assisted on good quality matters.

Given the fit of the team already, the firm would be most interested in people at NQ-4 years' PQE or equivalent.

If you are at NQ level you must have had a minimum of 6 months' experience within an out and out commercial litigation team (not civil/PI).
