Job Details
There is an existing work source here, however, you would be expected to keep an eye across two areas of law, Litigation and Family. The firm acts for all levels of business, including high net worth individuals.
The role would be working with an existing team handling all aspects of Civil Disputes and Litigation, notably boundary disputes, landlord and tenant problems, contract disputes and debt matters.
Training will be provided regarding the Family Law caseload as this role offers an element of variety, including, matrimonial disputes and an element of Litigation surrounds these cases.
You could have gained experience at any level in a firm, what is important is your ambition, drive and current technical level.
Applications from relocators will be considered, however, you must be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the area.
