Brand New Commercial Litigation Solicitor

This five office law firm have a brand new and exciting opportunity in Newport for an ambitious Solicitor keen to secure a role within an experienced team of litigators (including ex City lawyers) representing a broad spectrum of clients.

As the Commercial Litigation Solicitor you will join a team of four lawyers. You will support the Partner and senior Solicitors on commercial litigation work including contractual disputes, professional negligence matters, partnership and shareholder disputes and property litigation work. You will work with the team and assist on business development activities and cross selling internally with the other teams.

Candidate requirements

The firm wishes to speak with qualified Solicitors who demonstrate:

3-8 years PQE gained at a respected firm Strong technical grounding in litigation The ability to present technical legal issues in a clear, approachable and professional way. Great client facing skills and the ability to develop successful relationships Salary and prospects
