The Role

The firm are seeking to hire an experienced Corporate Commercial Associate or Senior Associate to join their expanding Cambridge Office.

You will be responsible for working alongside the experienced Partners and over time, develop your own contacts in the region, adopting the firm's ethos. Therefore, you must be client facing, business development focused and entrepreneurial to increase their Corporate Commercial offering throughout the Cambridgeshire and East Anglia region.

Although this opportunity will be based around your specialist areas, you will be expected to have a broad knowledge across all areas of Corporate transactions including: Company Structuring & Restructuring, Mergers & Acquisition and Disposals and Commercial Contracts for a varied client base from Start Ups to International Organisations.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Associate or Senior Associate with at least 4 years PQE +
• Experience of managing and mentoring more junior colleagues is advantageous
• You should have first-class communication, outstanding business development skills and an entrepreneurial flair
• Regional contacts is highly advantageous
• A desire to progress to Partnership
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, and client base -you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
