Employment Solicitor (NQ-3 yrs)
Based in Chester – a new opportunity, suitable for NQs, undertaking a diverse caseload of Employment Law instructions.
Our client is a well-established, full service law firm. Attracting high calibre lawyers and with a reputation for delivering commercially astute and pragmatic advice, it is retained by an impressive portfolio of clients.
A superb opportunity has arisen within the Employment Law team, which is likely to appeal to solicitors with up to 3 years’ PQE and also suitable for newly qualified solicitors. You will receive excellent mentoring in this role to develop technical legal skills and to become a skilled negotiator.
- Working as part of well-structured team providing support to partners and experienced lawyers.
- Undertaking non-contentious instructions; advising and preparation of tribunal proceedings and employment related litigation; compromise and settlement agreements; redundancy and restructuring programmes; research and advice on employment law updates.
