Thriving London firm seeks an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is a rare opportunity for a talented Senior Residential Conveyancer to join our client’s busy office in north-west London. The successful candidate will be required to hit the ground running, managing a complex caseload of residential conveyancing matters.

  • Freehold and leasehold property
  • Re-mortgages
  • Obtaining Land Registry documents
  • Shared ownership
  • Transfers of equity
  • Licenses
  • Right to buy
  • Converting leads into case matters
  • Taking new enquiries
The Candidate
  • Conveyancers, legal executives and solicitors with a minimum of three years’ PQE
  • Experience in commercial property will be advantageous
  • Exceptional client care and communication skills are required
  • Attention to detail will be a key attribute
  • IT proficiency is important
