The Role

This stand out firm are looking for a Residential Property Paralegal to join their lovely team in Plymouth, Devon.

The role will have you working with the firms established connections.

It is a full-time position and you will be providing efficient and effective support to a team of experienced Conveyancers with their caseload of sale and purchase files from instruction to completion, whilst delivering excellent customer service at all times, maintaining the image and projecting the ethos of the firm.

Ideally you will have:

Previous experience of working as a Residential Property Paralegal (desirable but not essential)
Ability to work within a team but also handle your own responsibilities, take ownership and able to work on your own initiative.

Excellent communication skills and telephone manner, effective IT skills.
