The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Corporate Tax Associate (Employee Incentives) (2 years PQE+) to join this UK Top 50 practice in their City of London office.

You will work within the larger Corporate Tax team working alongside a recognised Legal 500 Partner within the Employee Incentives team. You will be exposed to a broad range of employee incentives and executive remuneration working with both public and private companies on share plans, management incentives, bonus arrangements and remuneration related matters.

This Legal 500 and Chambers Ranked department works with a diverse client base which includes FTSE 100, FTSE 250, AIM listed companies, starts-ups and management teams. You will be working on the most complex matters furthering your career.

The Requirements

• You will be a solicitor experienced in Employee Incentives with at least 5 years PQE+ (There is no upper limit of PQE for this position)
• You will have experience within a respectable UK or International practice
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Must have an eye for details, spotting opportunities and able to suggest improvements proactively.
