The Role

The firm are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join their Oxford.

You will work as part of a highly experienced team, dealing with a broad Conveyancing caseload which will mostly be HNW work, for an affluent client base. The team culture is supportive, dynamic and forward-thinking with a real focus on delivering great service. The caseload will include; Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases, leasehold extensions, Re-financing and re-mortgaging, Affordable housing and transfers of equity.

Requirements

• A Residential Property Solicitor with at least 2+ years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience).
• You will have good technical knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential
• The ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client service is also essential.
• Salary is very competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package.
