The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Finance Associate / Senior Associate to join this exciting top 20 practice in their City of London office.

The department focuses on a broad range of practice areas, including ECM, M & A (both public and private companies), Joint Ventures, Private Equity and venture capital investments and Corporate Reorganisations. You will be focused on Equity Capital Markets whilst be involved in mainstream M&A.

You will be working within a Legal 500 recommended and leading individuals on diverse matters working across a broad spectrum of clients. You will be exposed to high quality domestic and international matters that will allow you to further your career.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Finance Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE experience
• You will have had strong experience working within a leading law firm
• You will have strong exposure to ECM
• You should have a strong technical knowledge and be commercially astute
• Excellent communication skills and interest within Employment
• Salary is well above market rate and is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus a market leading bonus and benefits structure.
