Debt Recovery/Collections Manager

North East

I am working with a relatively new Debt Recovery business in the North East who are looking for a n experienced Debt Recovery (business to business) paralegal/fee earner/qualified lawyer to join their growing team.

Set up 2 years ago close to Newcastle the business has grown to 9 employees dealing with volume business to business debt recovery work.

This role is ideal for those candidates that have at least 12 months experience dealing with commercial debt recovery work. The business is small and close-knit but expanding as a result of being incredibly busy.

This is a replacement role and due to how busy the team is - the business is looking to fill the role as a matter of urgency.

In terms of environment there are fantastic working hours including a 3pm finish on Friday's for staff. You get a real work-life balance here, and the place has more of a family feel as it is an owner managed business.

Salary is competitive in the region between (approx) £20k - £35k depending on the level of experience + benefits.
