The Role

This Firm is looking for Commercial Property Solicitor 5+ years PQE for their Cardiff, South Wales office.

The firm's Commercial Property team is ranked in the Legal 500 and is recognised for the quality of advice that the Partners and Solicitors give across the board.

The Commercial Property team advise on all aspects of commercial property, including: sale, purchase and remortgaging of freehold premises, drafting, advising and negotiating lease transfers, SIPPS's, sale of businesses, commercial mortgages, lease extensions and more.
You will have a hands on role in a very friendly firm, in an expert team. You will experience excellent exposure to good quality work and training.
