Partnership on offer for a driven and ambitious conveyancing solicitor in Dorset.

This position is ideal for someone who is forward-thinking and willing to develop and lead the department further. The successful solicitor will undertake some contentious work and also manage, support and develop the existing solicitors, working closely with the other heads of departments and partners to raise the profile of the firm.

The Candidate
  • Solicitors with at least five years PQE
  • A strong conveyancing background and experience in business and marketing development is essential
  • Highly personable with effective relationships building abilities both internally and externally will be positively beneficial
  • Technically able and commercially aware
  • Able to organise your workload whilst ensuring high levels of accuracy
  • Conversant with meeting yearly financial targets

They endeavour to provide cost-effective advice in a professional but friendly manner and are now seeking a conveyancing solicitor to join their team as head of the conveyancing department with potential for joining the firm on a partnership basis.
