Job Details
A long-established, traditional law firm in Middlesbrough, with an exemplary reputation, is looking to expand its highly regarded Residential Property Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a friendly law firm with plenty of opportunities for progression.
The role has arisen due to ongoing plans for expansion and a large number of new instructions coming through on a daily basis.
As an experienced residential conveyancer of at least 2 years, you will be involved in all aspects of residential sales and purchase transactions, new build and shared ownership and you will also take an active role in business development and networking.
To be considered for this role you must have a solid grounding in residential conveyancing, either at solicitor/legal executive level or as a licensed conveyancer.
There is a highly competitive salary available and genuine scope for career progression.
