A superb opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and determined Family Solicitor to join a Legal 500, Lexcel accredited, multi-office law firm who prides itself on being one of only 16 law firms on the NFU national panel - recognition for the outstanding quality of the service and expert knowledge.

You will be joining an accomplished Family Department who cover all areas of family and divorce law, specialising in cases that are complex, including those that involve children or are spread across more than one country. They pride themselves on listening to their clients on outcomes that matter to them, producing positive and workable solutions which are explained in a sensitive and jargon-free way. In being committed to offering this fantastic range of support and service to their clients, they are able to provide great opportunities and development to their teams.

Responsibilities:

• As the Family Solicitor, you will proactively manage a mixed caseload of client matters with appropriate supervision
• Provide clients with high quality legal advice to meet their needs
• Enhance the firm's reputation and position within the community by developing a professional reputation and participating in professional and community activities to support the firm
• You will provide specific family services, such as advising on divorce law, children, financial and DV issues relevant to relationship breakdown to include the unmarried family and enforcement, appeals, setting aside and variation

Requirements:

• You will be an NQ - 3 years PQE but all applicants are encouraged to apply if you meet the relevant criteria
• You will ideally be a member of Resolution
• Possess a high standard of interpersonal and communication skills
• Enjoy marketing opportunities, including networking, writing articles and giving presentations
