The Role

The Managing Partner is a specialist in both Corporate and Commercial Property work and succession planning is at the heart of the reason for this search.

As such, the Commercial Solicitor that is successful will have similar knowledge/experience.
They are planning for the future, but also looking to grow by turnover in the present. They are growing very organically and steadily, where risk is therefore very much mitigated and they're doing really well.

Their USP for you as an employee is that they are a firm which will genuinely support you to grow and develop your own practice.

Furthermore, as this is a role planning for the succession of the Senior Parnter, although you need your own network in the first instance, you'll eventually inherit their enviable client-base as well.

Requirements:

This firm is seeking a Commercial Solicitor, probably 5/6 years + in PQE - there is NO upper limit to the level of PQE.

• You will have knowledge/experience across 1 or both of these practice areas: Corporate and Commercial Property (Ideally you will be experienced in both, but this is rare so limited knowledge in one of these areas is enough to still be considered)

*You will need to have a network of contacts to tap into - the firm appreciate that almost nothing is guaranteed, but, they do want someone senior who can add value and slide into the number 1 position when retirement comes around for the Senior Partner.
