Job Details

This highly respected regional firm with an expanding Commercial Property department are seeking to appoint a mid - senior level solicitor to head up this fledgling team.

You will be dealing with client base that acts for developers on a national scale and will be managing a broad range of high quality acquisitions and disposals, transactional work, landlord and tenant leasework and development matters.

Whilst the team is only small (1 Partner &1 Fee Earner) they are now looking to expand with an experienced Solicitor at the helm. This role will involve a mixture of fee earning, business development, management and working closely with the Partners to ensure the department is increasing. Assistance from a paralegal will be provided whilst you deal with the more complex £multi-million transactions. There is a clear progression ladder in place, so there are plenty of opportunities for those that want to progress through to Associate, Senior Associate and Partner level.

Salary is going to be based on PQE level however salaries for senior candidates can comfortably reach £50,000+ with added benefits to include flexi-time and part-time hours can be offered. For further information on this role please contact Nick Skelly at QED Legal.
