A boutique legal firm with a strong international presence, established for circa 250 years, located in a prestigious area of Central London are seeking a 6 - 10 years' PQE Solicitor to join their highly ranked Corporate department.
There is a broad range of high - quality corporate work across a wide range of sectors available including business creation, commercial contracts, business growth and finance, mergers and acquisitions, trustees, company secretarial and insolvency matters.
The role is interesting and carries a varied caseload including joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, accelerated M & A, restructuring and insolvency. Clients include PLCs, high net worth private clients and mid-tier businesses.
You will be a Solicitor with strong corporate experience gained at a leading firm. Experience will include general corporate advisory, fundraising and equity and capital markets.
